Agree they are working with a small crew. That doesn't explain why you put out a PR for significant pour by Sept 1 and instead going to be Oct 1 when you do it. It confirms they do not have a firm grasp on processes or timelines or are just buying time to string this out.

I hate my pessimistic view all the time but they give me nothing to change my mind.
