It will all happen !!
I expect by the end of 2019 - we will see JHB and KF as official members of the Univec Team !!
Doc will become Chairman of the Board and KF will become CEO and a title similar to Vice President for JHB.
All my own unlearned opinion.
KF is only 66 and so he has at least 5 years to help take Univec to places most cannot even dream of. Just look at how Merck has performed under the leadership of KF.
