No , to what I know they not considering that , change will be in overlap time , for pivotal mono they considering 4 weeks ...
For mono , patients will be on HAART , with VL <50 copies/ ml ..
No need then to increase the dose for the first few weeks since for first 4 weeks patients still will be on their HAART..
otherwise it probably be a good idea .,
One more important thing for patients now ,
525 mg they can do it in one injection..
700 mg they doing in two .
IMO.
