i just went to check Jane Harness's Forms .. she started @ IPI on 9.1.16

first form (3) filed indicates nothing held .. that was signed 8.8.17

JH also has ESOP shares ~ 172,987 @ a strike price of $1.37

clearly the sell of his restricted stock is far greater @ this *price point* (CONvenient eh for NR) due to size held ..
