I’m ready to look at the new numbers. I believe 725mg will always give a higher overall efficacy than 525mg if the patients are randomly assigned. They are deciding now with mono if 525mg is good enough or they need to move up and include 725mg.. of course if you assign based on receptor occupancy, then 525mg could give higher efficacy than 700mg. JMO
