From what I understand the original batch of 10,000 NP-1 did sell out. However a decision was made more consumers could be reached if various platforms had an Ultraflix app. It took time to mesh the technologies . Funding was always a problem more and more shares were issued to pay expenses to the point of a reverse split.. Market was changing from HD to 4K and now coming soon 8K. Funding is the key for future success in a billion dollar market place. Ntek is determined to be a major player in this market space. Roko supports the Ultraflix app. NP-1 is unnecessary in my opinion if the app can reach more consumers.
