But I am interested to know if the vendor has actually liened PTOI? Filed a claim in court for the $200K owed?
Has the vendor negotiated with PTOI at all on these kilns?
What would compel the vendor to hang on to them for 7 years, if there was no inkling of a possibility of recovering what it is owed?
I gave up long ago trying to guess what standard PTOI’s management team adheres to - the fact that they continue to file baffles me.
That they continue to exist, even in this mothball / silent status, baffles me.
Not that it is hard to baffle me, these days.....
