well , I hope not literally ,

I remembered that I didn't like dolutegravil because of side effects , so I am looking at my notes...

Possible side effects of dolutegravil ( Trivacy )

--- diarrhea , nausea , headache , dizziness , fatigue , hyperglycemia , arthralgia-myalgia- myositis-, breathing problem , allergy - might be severe , different degree of skin rash , bleeding - changes of different blood test ,

Its affects immune system ,

---watch for infections,
---Immune Reconstitution Syndrome

Liver problem.

---Liver damage ..
---if one ever had Hepatitis B , C , dolutegravil can cause their virus to become active and get worse .

Neurological,

---insomnia,
---depression.
---suicidal thoughts


Kidney

--including kidney impairment .

Birth defects ..

--if use in first trimester of pregnancy.


I just don't like this drug to much...

Makes me wonder ,
we waiting for FDA decision for so long now to see what dose is better for patients in combo , 700 or 525 ,
in the mean time we reading about other drugs approved ...


IMO as always
