What it means as I see it, is that they have $6 million more that they can get if they complete the offering. Hope they don't because that is a lots of dilution. Especially since Rory said he wanted to go the conventional Debt route instead in the CC.
But it is amazing that he got 19 investors. Had to be the investors from the Merger offering.
