A Form D posted this PM, around 3:22 and that may be responsible for the SP movement. Trying to make sense of it, as it appears to be AGP filing regarding the private placement, BUT states $11,000,000 offered and $6,000,000 remaining. Is the placement still open? Do you quality to participate? Will Verb bring in another 6 million dollars to operate until May of next year, without an additional fund raise as revenues increase?
