Orlando, the NGIO shares are yours already, however they are just a book entry for now. When NGIO merges and lists, you will see those shares have value and can sell them.
The GNBT dividend is no longer contingent on uplisting. I think Joe did that to stop pressures from so bad people that would try to keep GNBT price down and stop the uplist, then stopping the dividend. So now the dividend is coming no matter what.
