Tank, welcome to the board, but if you think NP deserves a raise, you do not know what the term merit means. The stock is getting killed and I must admire the gall that NP has to even suggest that his performance deserves the raise in the vote. Remember Lee Iacoca that wanted paid by the price of the stock and his board laughed and gave him a bunch of low priced options? He made a fortune and retired to Nantucket. I get people support him and I am not a debbie downer on him, but let's look at facts! And there aren't any that deserve a raise.
