B's MOA is broad and much greater then Galera's one trick pony. OM is horrible disease I'm not trying to desperate the cruel disease but as a patient population it is small potatoes not even in the same universe as Brilacidin when compared to the very large patient population in IBS. Galera's Is a OM treatment only. Can it be used to stop ABSSSI sepsis a big NO, treat a myriad of skin conditions NO, Be used as prophylactic on implanted medical devices NO, can it control or cure IBS heck NO. The Galera story is just being used as a scare tactic at the lie swamp the truth is they are maybe the ones scared.. Besides there's plenty of room for more then one treatment, a choice especially to those who would rather chose a home treatment method and maybe have have an aversion to IV's.
