The false narrative is the claim that Galera is competition for Bril-OM and that it's going to hurt IPIX.
That's just baloney. Why would any patient want to have to travel to an office to have IVs, when they could use an oral rinse at home? Why would any health insurer want to pay for the high cost of an IV, when the patient can use a drug at home instead?
