I voted YES on everything except Nader's compensation, which was a firm NO.
If Nader wants more money, earn it by hitting milestones on time and getting the value of his shares to rise. That's big money. He doesn't need an increase in compensation for raising funds with punitive dilutive terms to the existing shareholders.
