It is quite clear that Doc has led us to the final stage (SEC). The process usually takes 4-6 weeks. We certainly are week to week at this point. I believe there will come a time, pre market, that the mother of al PR's will hit the newswires. The filings will show revenues that do not belong on the OTC. Big name contracts and as we all already know a big name CEO and BOD to go along with it. Hedge funds and soon after that mutual funds will be grabbing whatever shares we, the longs that control this stock, are willing to sell for. Don't settle for less than multi dollars!

HRI alone is $204 million in revs. Throw is PPSI, Wellness RX, Wellness Teladoc, Euromed and so many contracts that we do not know of yet and you begin to see a multi billion dollar market cap on the horizon imho!
