I think you missed the point. The bashers blamed dilution in one of their argument and my point is that dilution is not the reason. Shareholders sold 5 to 6 times dilution contributing significantly to the stock price reduction.

As to what you specifically do in stock trading you can obviously do anything you want. It is your choice. But you cannot change the facts.

Take an example MJNA, on a monthly regular basis they dilute at least 1.5 million dollars worth of shares. Give this stock and CEO a breather with the numerous bashers that take substitutions day in day out.

Having said that, the price dropped enough in price where no bashing will matter anymore. Even the CEO does not care anymore taking his time to deliver on solid news and to make the organizational changes needed. Based on the latest filing, no notes will need to be paid before March 2020. Plenty of time with no pressure.
