I believe NP said they hope to go with 525 my for mono with 95% success with longer overlap after 10 weeks. He also said they have already reviewed this data with BP and FDA. Unclear as to whether 5% failure includes all failures with longer overlap or only failures after 10 weeks. Since they don't have much long term data after 10 weeks with new longer overlap period, my guess is the former. Also, don't know if receptor occupancy test will lower this number of failures even more.
