We will know with fillings how many Dr D and all insiders hold and how many 10% holders are also holding.
We know how many our group holds and we know how many a 2nd group holds and based on all of this knowledge, we will know how many are available for trading.
Once the price is above a certain $ value - there is a hedge fund that wants to "load up"
Doc is 100% correct - very very low float !!!
Many more shares than most think are "locked up"
