Historically 525mg has been 70% overall efficacy, but 90-95% efficacy post 10 weeks, with most of the failures happening early, usually the first few weeks—during this new overlap period.
That was before the overlap, we don’t have the new data after they started the overlap, but if they are going with 525mg, it must be really good, i.e.the overlap was the problem. Also I would think that means combo 525mg is settled. Of course he might have just misspoke.

24.62% (48/195) of patients treated with 525 mg PRO 140 experienced virologic failure.
18.55% (23/124) of patients treated with 700 mg PRO 140 experienced virologic failure.
