Interesting, I’m not sure. He specifically said mono. Right after he said 150 on mono over one year instead of 110. So he is familiar with the new data. I don’t see how they go with 525mg only, efficacy is 70% overall. I thought the occupancy test will predict which would fail 525 in the first 10 weeks, and they would start those on 700mg. Unless the feel the early failures with 525mg was mostly due to wrong half-life before, where they were not giving the correct overlap.
I wonder how many patients they have tested at 525mg with the 4 week overlap? What is the overall efficacy on that group? Failure rate first 10 weeks?
