Realistically, our case being taken up by the Supreme Court are extremely slim to none.
We have to rely on other Alice 101 cases that have a higher chance of bein taken up by the Supreme Court like Berkheimer v HP Inc. which the Solicitor General of the Supreme Court was invited to file a brief (for that case).
