You could have Googled her up and learned that she wasn't appointed by any president, she was elected to her judgeships in TX.
She's not a Federal Judge.
That said, when the SCOTUS hands down opinions you agree with do you complain about GOP president appointed judges? A majority of them are now.
THAT'S the real world, it's replete with facts and evidence. Unpleasant though that may be for you, drop in occasionally and acquaint yourself with it.
