I don't know with all those diseases but even without treatment we know that HIV positive patients do have much more than average inflammation in their body...
And most of diseases starts with inflammation.
And in one of the interview's, I believe Dr NP said that about 20% of HIV positive patients need bone morrow transplant ,
( if not than Dr Sacha during last CC , I will listen again )
IMO this is a high number ....
