Years back, when my Dainty Darling Dove worked, I used to send her Groundhog Day cards via Federal Express that I had created. Also, in addition to the card, I would always empty my pockets of whatever change I had and send that along too. Sometimes 38 cents, sometimes 58 cents, whatever I had in change. It doesn't really make too much sense to spend 15 bucks to send 38 cents but it was fun!

Sounds like something the Fed, Gov. would do.
