Based on the NEWS just released that the next big news that we are waiting for is to be comming in MARCH , CTIX will have more up and DOWN drifts till that time. Even if by JULY the PPS hits $5+ , in the next few weeks the PPS could revisit $1.50 again. Quite periods are a drag. So may be best to be holding some CASH or make a quick play elswhere.
