Due to the huge amount of selling by shareholders, it is difficult to discern what is dilution and what is not.
There should not be any dilution til at least March 2020. By my account, we should have 110 mil shares for the 7/2 note and 256 mil shares for the overdue notes. That is a total of 366 mil shares in total. Add to that the 250 mil shares between float and OS on April 30, that will make it 616 million shares in total since April 30.

250 mil of dilution like effect for the difference between float and OS
If you look at the trading since April 30, however, billions and billions of shares were sold well beyond any dilution effect.
I am hoping that the CEO is waiting for the float to match the OS before the big launch.
