I don't consider it a good deal. We gave away 94-97% of the net (6% or 2% depending on patent status). The results we achieved were stellar and I would have hoped for a more reasonable royalty (10-15%) or a $30-50M upfront.

If anyone suggested the deal terms we got, prior to the deal, they would have been chased off the board as a basher. Its hard to find a deal as bad as the one we got for such a successful trial.
