No. Suing IHUB for allowing family defamation in public has nothing to do with anything else. Again while bashing the CEO is arguably acceptable but stating that his family members should all go to jail and other similar things is off topic and IHUB deserves to be sued for not removing such posts. It’s an easy win against rich organization like IHUB.
