I'm sure the market will react when filings are made and UNVC is current.

There have been a number of 'false starts' in the past, so I think people are reluctant to jump in until official filings.

Also, bear in mind that there is a lot of DD out there but much of it isn't common knowledge, but rather has been shared privately.
