Hopefully not, we will know soon enough. IF that is the case this would be another mark against RP IMO. Management had zero experience with this test and would not have done a M&A just for this test. Anything in regard to this test being "shovel ready" would be directly from RP to NP as he knew nothing and if in fact it is 2 years out, one would think this is a misrepresentation.
