ISW, yeah, I can understand that. NP has some qualities I like for cydy: dedicated, hard-working, tenuous, loyal, motivated, believes in the product. I didn't believe RP saying that he had 'worked tirelessly on tnbc', but I believe NP does. I suspect cydy is the first thing he thinks about in the morning and the last before sleep. He also has a good relationship with the FDA.
You replace NP with any other ceo and mono doesn't happen. Even the inventor of the leronlimab doubted it, but NP has almost willed it into being. His never give up attitude has found a way, and it is looking very possible now, even very probable.. When I first invested it was for combo, I gave mono a 20-25% chance. Now I am a believer, it has a great chance, and I credit NP for that.
but he also some weaknesses. This is why some investors turn off after a while. I think Craig said it best.
And the raise from 1M to 1.5M total compensation given the share price is at lows is a bad look.
NP gave some subtle hints about dilutive funding recently, which is why I thought some was coming, and l2 gave it away. Also, even though Paulson was paid I guess because of a contract, I'm not sure how much of a hand they had in raising this last money other than collecting their 10%. But he said in June if the warrant TO was successful, no more dilutive funding would be needed. Also, last year he hinted to something similar than turned around and did a paulson raise. I do believe they are close to a partnership and are raising just enough to get there. I agree though so issues have been self-inflicted with giving wrong expectations.

he should do a far greater job of managing expectations if he keeps needing to get additional funding time and time again.
