Additional important news or trial results would impact my outlook. Given our results, our financial position, and the size of the recent deal, my buyout price is $2-3/share. That's 15-23x Friday's closing price.
Not sure I can cite a buyout example that has a 1400-2200% premium over the previous day's closing price. But I believe in IPIX so tough luck for anyone thinking it is too high.
