Yes , he just failed his job , working with CEO or not working , the point is job was not done ......

And talking your next point that he knew he need 9 months to start...

Well , when I spoke with him in person in Fort Lauderdale , January 2019 , he told me how fast this will go , everything ready and all the centers he chose himself , and they very busy , many patients !!!

And for months I know Marek was contacting him , since I bother him all the time asking him to please check with Dr RP, because I felt that something is not OK here ....
He was calling or texting me ,... I just contacted Richard , all is good , centers open , consent form done , patients any day..

After that , many times it was , Richard said no problems , patients very soon ....

And only now we learned that he didn't even sign contract with those centers , which mean that those centers couldn't even have any patients for us ...
This I think upset me the most , how could he !!!!
