Note this on the fbo.gov website: "Attention ! FBO is moving to beta.SAM.gov starting on November 8, 2019. Until then, FBO.gov remains the authoritative source for Federal Business Opportunities. Once FBO has fully transitioned, you will be directed to beta.SAM.gov for contracting opportunities."
I'm a busy full-time trader with multiple other runners daily from my Watch List to manage positions on and alert so I will not necessarily be the first to spot updates relevant to $TMPS at fbo.gov and beta.SAM.gov.
I therefore suggest that shareholders / prospective shareholders check the sites frequently.
