Maybe the transfer of the mines to MSJ from SRGE back in that press release of 2013 wasn't legal. Maybe Omar Madrigal contested it in court which could be why MSJ lost. SRGE may still have some sort of control.
Maybe the GoGold share exchange will also include a SRGE share conversion so all shareholders can be made whole again.
