A great post on LieHub:
Consider if IPIX is seeking to increase the authorization of shares
to allow a large pharma to acquire a controlling position in Innovation. Consider that they would acquire the pipeline which would complement their own and would extend benefits for what they already own.consider that it would be a low cost acquisition that would allow them to advance the pipeline as they determine and at the speed that the determine. Status of po drugs, BOM prospects, K development plan etc have been consiidered in plan. With all that a large pharma can bring to rapidly facilitating IPIX development, including funding, it seems like a good prospect. I don’t expect much outrage, (except from the usual cohort who always find themselves greatly aggrieved) from Leo who would be onboard as would me with my small voice. I would be looking forward to share appreciation with continuous follow through over years. This will probably be my only post so feel free with the negativity.
