NP stated ‘WE’ dropped the ball.....he did take responsibility for it as any CEO or leader should as the delay happened under his watch. That doesn’t mean he was directly responsible for the delay other than not being in RP’s business sooner.

I’m not saying NP is guilty or innocent as there is missing info to make such a determination and ultimately it will be settled or play out in court. It is a good position for CYDY to be in so the quicker the better IMO.
