I’m very interested in reading cydy’s reply, to see what they have. If it is not a smoking gun, and I think there is a good possibility they have one, but if they don’t have one, then settling could be the better option. Just for one fact, RP is the largest shareholder with still uncertain items, prostegene test for example. I don’t like the bad mojo or whatever you call it, having the largest shareholder in an offensive position looking over the companies shoulder with every move, waiting for revenge on NP. JMO
