And to add this point to my post ,
--February of 2019 we were notify that they starting 8 pre-clinical studies for different cancers in Dr RP lab.,
Apparently Dr RP did nothing , but in June-July want some money so he can start to look for employees for his lab ...
It is like a bad joke ,
His attorneys really had nothing much to say...at least nothing important to explain no action from their client for the first 8-9 months ....
In my observation they admitting in this complain letter to court that nothing was done by their client from November 2018 , until June- July of 2019,
but June-July their client wanted to start and work but company didn't let him....
What a poor complain letter , but its must be they have nothing else to complain ,
at best it was complete un-action from their client , from November 2018 to June-July 2019 ,
and at worse intentionally delaying work producing harm to the company...
IMO as always ..
