If you knew how off the mark that comment is you would be embarrassed. But you can't know and probably wouldn't be embarrassed anyway. As to the fines, some crippling fines levied would probably halt all of this. Tighten up the oversight and put some dishonest players out of business. I agree with all of that. I don't expect to see it, however.
