I would love to be wrong, but BLA filing will do nothing for the share price. What it will do though is make people realize a new era of waiting and uncertainty will be entered then (will it get FDA approval). I would not even be surprised if the share price went down (disappointment because sp doesn’t go up, derisking).

The only thing that will cause an upwards movement will be if funding till revenues is secured.
The funding is holding the share price down and will continue to do so, BLA filing done or not.
