On July 23,3019 David Foley filed a motion to dismiss the complaint filed by SEC in the United State Bankruptcy Court, Northern District California, providing proof of loan agreement from leaders and receiving first round of funding.and follow through on all debts, back pay salaries, Company loans and personal debts. Looks to me the SEC is seeking release of discovery from the bankruptcy courts.
Looks like Immersion Corp.may be the Lender / Partner.
Looking into the company, it could be a good fit with NTGL & NTEK
incorporating Immersion as a publicly traded company.
