All true but for all these reasons BL and I point out, the risk of the trade is elevated UNTIL the issue is resolved. We all need to remain objective. Saying there is no additional risk as a result of the CMO being fired and then suing the company for breach of contract given serious misconduct allegations by the CEO just isn’t rational. Even if all the allegations are false there’s still a lot of reputational risk for a company that relies on the markets on an almost monthly basis to stay in business.
