I will not promote 3, salary, one way or another. I'm expecting more no votes this time, possible even 50% no, we will see.

I would recommend everyone vote on #4 to evaluate salary annually. This is what the BOD recommends also, but the vote is required every so many years. I feel shareholders should get to vote every year on this.

Stockholders may indicate whether they would prefer an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation once every one, two or three years. These votes are required to be held not less frequently than once every six years.

After careful consideration of this Proposal, the Board has determined that an advisory vote on executive compensation that occurs annually is the most appropriate alternative for us, and therefore the Board recommends that stockholders vote for a one-year interval for the advisory vote on executive compensation
