so that is very positive from the DEA, my question is about CBD added to food and beverage and the position of the FDA.


from what I have seen from the CURA situation (they got a letter from the FDA but it was mostly about publicity and a warning that they were not allowed to say CBD had medical property etc...

I think the FDA does not allow for CBD to be added to food and beverage at this moment....but I would like to ask the community what they know about that.
