I know how huge the hemp plastic market could be. I made a post a while back about how environmentally friendly it is. When hemp plastic finds its way into the ocean it not only biodegrades harmlessly, but it actually becomes a food source for some aquatic organisms.

Another fact about hemp: a field of hemp is 3x more productive than the same size field of corn. It's no wonder so many farmers are switching to it.

Back to the hemp plastic. One of the barriers I see to it becoming huge quickly is, companies like coca cola and the other multinational corporations are probably so far in bed with the oil companies that it would take new laws to change their plastic applications.......and how far in bed are the politicians with the oil companies? Might be a struggle at first.
