P.S. There is a fellow on the Yahoo board, a board where there are floating pieces of skat wherever you look. That board, in an earlier iteration was even worse in 2013. But this fellow, posting as Andrew, strikes me as a litigation player. You can spot him miles away. He doesn't act like a faux expert like some people we know. He doesn't openly criticize Mr. Berman multiple times each day because of share price. But I would guess that between Andrew and his group of similar players, there are probably 10-12 million DECN shares represented. I would love it if Andrew came over here and posted.
And P.S.S. and this is going to come as a shock to the penny traitors. When DECN wins or settles the J&J case, even after paying lawyers and former patent owners, and every other bill they ran up during the ordeal, they may pay down some or all of the debt they have accumulated, they may reprice their patents and other IP. But they certainly will not provide a cash dividend to shareholders. This is just a penny traitor pipe dream. Small companies just don't do this -- unless of course Mr. Berman is replaced by a penny traitor who would then have that decision to make.
But you know what, that man that is hated on three message boards will again have the last laugh. I would hope that he pays himself a huge bonus from the upcoming victory. He gets a bonus, penny trators get a higher stock price but no candy.
My point is, start counting the days. This J&J ending is coming up with perhaps Platinum the recipient of the biggest dividend of all, GenUltimate TBG. TBG is KB's baby, not the work of penny traitor detractors.
