Good post my2centz.
I just looked, held at DTC went up 154.8M to 156.3M over the last month. Most of that I believe is the note holder, for example, yesterday I believe they added 50k new shares into that number. So I don't believe there has been a lot of selling from offers at least not any new shares being moved over from TA to DTC. Probably some the trading now is old shares be flipped 41c to 44c, etc.
