Opioid lawsuit I have a different take on that. A pharmaceutical company cannot sell without a prescription. A M.D. must first prescribe drug. Why then is the medical community not part of lawsuit?
I see this the same way I view guns. A gun manufacturer is not responsible for someone using product illegally. I am a conservative and capitalist.
